Exchanges, Return and Policy

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items and in the condition that they were received. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items. Once we receive the returned item, _______________________

Should you receive a damaged item please let us know immediately and send us a photo so we can quickly send you a new one or ________.

For international orders, customs, duties and other charges will be charged by the freight forwarder.

All pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited. All orders placed that contain pre-order merchandise in conjunction with in stock merchandise will ship once the pre-order stock arrives.  If you need the in stock merchandise shipped before, please do place separate orders.

We accept returns for items damaged in transit. Please note, returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 7 days to return the damaged items.
